Aerius Associates provides placement and advisory services to General Partners globally, informed by experience and expertise in private capital markets and corporate finance through several cycles. At its core, Aerius Associates is focused on mid-sized private funds. In addition to this, we specialise in advising on and assisting with co-investment and direct private placement transactions. As a result of deep and longstanding relationships within the private capital markets, we are ideally placed to provide strategic advice to General and Limited Partners alike, leveraging market intelligence to assist them in achieving their near- and long-term ambitions.
